URCordiallyInvited Affiliate Agreement

  • This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between URCordiallyInvited (“Company”) and the approved affiliate (“Affiliate”). By joining our Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Commission

  • Affiliate will earn 50% commission on eligible sales generated via their unique referral link or coupon code.
  • Commission is calculated on the subtotal of sales (excluding taxes, fees, and refunds).
  • A standard 10% customer discount applies when Affiliate’s coupon is used.

2. Tracking

  • A 30-day cookie duration applies. Sales made within this period after a referral will be credited.
  • Affiliate commissions apply primarily to new customers introduced to URCordiallyInvited.

3. Payments

  • Payments will be made monthly via PayPal.
  • A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies.
  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring PayPal details are correct.
  • Company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or inactive details.

4. Taxes

  1. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed in their jurisdiction.
  • Company will not withhold or deduct taxes from payouts.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliate may not:

  • Purchase products through their own referral link/coupon.
  • Use spam, misleading promotions, or misrepresentation.
  • Run paid ads competing with Company’s own advertising.
  • Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

    6. Approval & Termination

    • Affiliates must be approved by Company before joining.
    • Company reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates at its discretion.
    • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice.

    7. Changes

    • Company may amend commission rates, payout terms, or program rules with prior notice.
    • Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email or via the affiliate portal.

    8. Governing Law

    • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

    By completing the affiliate signup process and joining the program, Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
